Your dream job
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK WILL INVOLVE :
- Defining and communicating a long-term product vision and strategy in line with corporate objectives and market needs.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure successful and timely product launches
- Analyze product performance and market trends throughout the product lifecycle to identify opportunities for product enhancement, extension or discontinuation
- Support and train our internal teams to enhance their product knowledge levels, so as to meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional service levels
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability
AND, IN THE PROCESS :
- Travel 25-30% of the time to meet with key customers, partners and suppliers in North America, Europe and Asia.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop the product portfolio, based on end-user needs and corporate objectives
- Perform all other related tasks
Our dream candidate
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field, MBA preferred
- In-depth knowledge of stage gate process an asset
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, trends and customer information
- Bilingualism (French - English)
- Good sense of analysis, priorities and urgency
- Autonomy
- Strong interest in teamwork
