Your dream job
DEVELOP BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
- Manage and direct the manufacturing activities of his sector
- Initiate and supervise improvement and innovation projects in his/her area
- Promote the company's mission, vision and values to employees
- Communicate and follow up on training and integration of new employees
- Supervise managers and technicians through the established practice of shared leadership on a monthly basis
- Monitor performance indicators, including productivity standards and quality performance, and mobilize the management team to improve practices
AND, IN THE PROCESS :
- Ensure the management of health and safety in the workplace
- Actively participate, in collaboration with other divisions and departments, in the evolution of our practices
- Perform all other related tasks
Our dream candidate
- Is an excellent communicator both orally and in writing
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position
- Has a DEC in Industrial Engineering - Manufacturing or relevant degree
- Demonstrates an excellent work ethic
- Strong problem solving and change management skills
- Demonstrates versatility and a can-do attitude
- Enjoys working in a team environment
