Your dream job

Being a major player 

  • Ensure the maintenance and mechanical modifications of a fleet of 25 machines
  • Improve work methods in the various sectors for the benefit of health and safety, quality and costs
  • Manage and coordinate a team of about ten mechanics
  • Implement preventive measures and assist his employees in problem solving
  • Participate in the deployment of maintenance best practices and manage the projects for the implementation of new machines
  • Organize and document processes and support his collaborators in the research and deployment of best work methods
  • Ensure compliance with the plant's general rules and those related to health and safety
  • Carry out all other duties as assigned


Our dream candidate

  • College diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or equivalent degree or combination of experience and relevant training 
  • 2 to 3 years experience in personnel management
  • 4 to 5 years experience in a unionized industrial environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Functional bilingualism (French-English), an asset
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Good sense of analysis, priorities and urgency
  • Dynamism and interest in teamwork
  • Problem solving skills
