Being a major player

  • Act as an advisor and business partner to the Executive Committee
  • Ensure that actions and projects are in line with the objectives, vision and mission of Beaulieu Canada and Beaulieu International Group
  • Representing Beaulieu Canada to clients, suppliers, the media and the management of Beaulieu International Group flooring solutions
  • Conceptualize and develop marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives
  • Ensure the management and strategy of the hard surface product life cycle, product selection, launch and discontinuation plan, and tools related to good product management
  • Define our communication strategy for employee and customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop a comprehensive merchandising plan in collaboration with the operations department to optimize performance and conversion of new customers
  • Act as an expert to managers at various levels, advising them on innovative marketing and communication best practices
  • Implement marketing initiatives to address market challenges
  • Ensure the development and consistency of the brand image according to the defined positioning
  • Conceptualize and develop Beaulieu Canada University's product and marketing guidelines for clients and internally
  • Develop a vision and business plan for corporate social responsibility, the environment and the sustainable development of our initiatives and products
  • Map, analyze and understand the user journey (customer experience) and define key moments, including all market segments and demographics
  • Establish, manage and monitor budgets for marketing, sampling and customer service departments
  • Develop, in collaboration with the Directors, annual plans for communications, digital, sampling, product launches
  • Represent Beaulieu Canada in marketing and product matters during mergers, acquisitions, special studies, etc.
  • Perform all other related tasks

Our dream candidate

  • Is an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • At least 5 to 8 years experience in a similar position
  • University degree in management, marketing, communication or other relevant field
  • Experience in product strategy and positioning
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Demonstrates versatility and a can-do attitude
  • Strategic thinking and ability to make tough decisions
  • Enjoys teamwork above all else
